Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Customer Notice
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT OR ESTABLISHING A NEW CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
Under the USA PATRIOT Act (the "ACT"), financial institutions are required to establish anti-money laundering programs. SNW has named an anti-money laundering officer to lead our program. The ACT also requires financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each individual or institution prior to opening a new account or establishing a new customer relationship.
As part of our compliance with the ACT, SNW will ask for your name, address, date of birth (as applicable), and other identification information. This information will be used to verify your identity. As appropriate, the Firm (SNW) may, in its discretion, ask for additional documentation or information. If all required information is not provided, SNW may be unable to open an account or establish a relationship with you.
All information collected under our Anti-Money Laundering Program is subject to SNW's Privacy Policy and is not shared with outside entities for marketing purposes, sold to other companies for inclusion on mailing lists, or for any other unsolicited purpose.
