Rainier Scholars is a long-term academic and leadership enrichment program committed to cultivating the academic potential of talented and motivated young people of color. Each summer, SNW takes 1-2 Rainier Scholars interns and puts them to work. They have an opportunity to shadow people in our corporate headquarters and learn about various types of careers in business and finance and the basics of corporate life. Our Rainier Scholars have been some of the most well-prepared, involved, talented interns we've ever had. We are proud to support this program.
