Dorothy Michak
Ms. Michak joined SNW in 1979. She is the Director of the Operations department. She is also in charge of Risk Management for the firm.

Prior to her operations duties, Ms. Michak was the firm's REPO trader, managing the financing of the firm inventory and client REPO. She also has assisted with the management of the arbitrage portfolio, worked as a trading and sales assistant on the taxable trading desk, and has extensive experience in all phases of securities operations.

Ms. Michak attended Washington State University, and she holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
